Challenge: The architect wanted an extremely clean facade which predominated uniformity simultaneously satisfying the need to provide large openings to its inhabitants. We proposed to undertake the design of two facades, one with all openings wished by the client and another with the uniformity that the architect wanted.
Solution: Leveraging own boards of ventilated facades achieved windows, terraces and access become completely invisible when locked. Once opened, nothing suggested that they can be closed again as there is no visible guides and the enclosures themselves are integrated into the facade. Thus, the building can go from being a pure block to be a fine sculpture carved to interact with their environment. Thanks to irreversible mechanisms used, the security level achieved in all accesses is maximum.
