The DOM3 Prize is an International Architecture Prize created by the Association of Entrepreneurs for High-Quality Housing (DOM3), based in Marbella. DOM3 is a group made up of 27 companies related to the design, promotion, construction and marketing of high-end homes, located in Marbella, Estepona and Benahavís, in Malaga.

The DOM3 Association, in its search for excellence, has promoted this initiative intending to design high-end developments, the flagship of urban planning on the Costa del Sol.

Birkigt was added as a Silver Sponsor in the first edition of the DOM3 Prize in 2014. This year we have done it again because we believe and support this project in which the design of high-quality homes is promoted.
